problem:- surface of cast is soft or chalky
problem cause :- saliva in impression when stone was pourd.
solution:- sprinkle stone & remove before pouring cast
problem:-cast base is to thin
problem cause:- cast base not poured thick enough
solution:- pour base 1.5-1.6 mm.thikness
